This is not a complete listing. There are many others, and the tests utilized are chosen based on your unique needs.

GI Effects Comprehensive Stool
The GI Effects Comprehensive Stool Profile can reveal important information about the root cause of many common gastrointestinal symptoms, such as gas, bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation.

Nutreval FMV
The NutrEval FMV® is both a blood and urine test that evaluates over 125 biomarkers and assesses the body’s functional need for 40 antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids, digestive support, and other select nutrients. It also assesses for toxin exposures that drive weight gain.

MRT Food Sensitivity Testing
A food sensitivity is a complex immune, non-IgE (non-allergic) mediated reaction involving multiple triggering mechanisms, which leads to the release of proinflammatory (causing inflammation) and proalgesic (causing pain) mediators from white blood cells. This results in or exacerbates many conditions, including migraines, digestive issues, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, weight gain, joint pain, skin eruptions, fatigue, eczema, and acne.
The challenge in dealing with food sensitivities is that they are difficult to identify because the reaction is often delayed by hours to days. In many cases, there are multiple food and chemical sensitivities making an elimination diet extremely challenging.
Significant relief of symptoms usually occurs within the first seven days of reactive foods being removed. Food sensitivities can often be reversed within a few months when combined with a gut-healing protocol.
“I was exhausted, ‘eating clean’ and working out…and not seeing results. I also was having issues with constipation and bloating. And then I started gaining weight. I felt like I was doing everything right and not getting the results I was expecting. I was reaching a breaking point as my body felt like it was betraying me. Amanda had me do a blood test to assess my nutrition. While no one wants hard evidence that you have some problems, the test results actually confirmed that all of the issues I was experiencing were tied to my gut and nutritional health. Amanda designed a comprehensive protocol addressing nutrition and lifestyle. She explained the reasons behind the changes she recommended and what the intended result was. She was compassionate and available to answer my questions while I was going through the process. I wish I had explored this route sooner. But so happy I started working with her when I did! My goal from the start was to fit back into my favorite shorts, and 4 months after our first session I reached that goal.”

I do not participate in any insurance plans. However, insurance may cover our sessions if you have out-of-network benefits to see a dietitian. I can provide you with a “superbill” after each visit that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
